I'm curious about your headcanon for the Deus Ex series. For those who don't know, "headcanon" refers to things you presume are probably true about the characters, storyline, world, etc., but which remain unconfirmed by the game's creators.

Now we're getting way too meta!

I've always been interested in the meta aspects of the storyline. I'm actually working on a timeline for the specific events of Deus Ex, and it does a deep dive into "overthinking" the game, just for fun. I enjoy those sorts of things.

Years ago there was talk about a Deus Ex movie, which I think has a snowball's chance in a microwave at this point. When I heard about it, though, I started roughing out what that might look like, and it took me down all sorts of rabbit trails.
