has anyone had trouble with the animation skipping all over the place. Every time I try to look left or right. The games skips horribly, animation is choppy. I'm running it on Windows Vista, 32 bit and its just a mess any clues

If you have a multi-core processor, set the game to use only one core. Bring up the Task Manager, right-click on DeusEx.exe in the Processes tab, and select Set Affinity.

Hey that fixed my problem! :) Is there any way to set Dues Ex to run on one processor by default so I don't have to do that every time I play?

No need to worry; at least in Windows XP (so I have no idea why it'd be different in Vista or 7), once you change that settings, Windows remembers the change.
I have win7 and every time I close the game and restart it I have to reset the afinity.

Try Kentie's replacement DeusEXE. There's a link to it in the sticky. I don't think it has that problem.

Alternatively, try WinLauncherXP. http://www.majorgeeks.com/download870.html
