It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hey all just wondering if I buy the game pc version here and I later want to play on my Android Smartphone will I have to pay again for a second copy for it?

Basically do I need 1 copy for my PC and another for my Phone?

I know we are supposed to be able to use the same account across multiple devices but they didn't say anything about needing to purchase it again for Android or IPhone.

The best place to ask this would be qcf's forums at the smartphone versions are still in development
At this point, GOG does not sell smartphone apps (only PC/Mac/Linux), which mean you would need to buy the game again.
The only thing I want to add is that the PC/Mac offline download is enabled with online cloud saving, and comes with an account with the developer. With that account, you can open your cloud save from a web browser and continue playing the same save, without having to install the game. So you can have the game installed on a laptop, but not on your desktop computer, and play the same saved game on both devices. If you play the laptop offline, you can update your cloud when you get back online.

But AFAIK the mobile version isn't included with the account and the PC/Mac/browser version. I don't know for sure, though.

I checked their website, and so far it doesn't claim that the iOS version is out yet, nor does it address whether the cloud save and game account is one big all-inclusive package. It would be generous and non-standard of them if they were to do that, as it's fairly typical of developers to NOT do so. (I don't even have an iPhone, so whatever, but it would be worth respect points anyway.)

I can't find the developer post, but I believe they've said their hands are tied by store policies and they're forced to sell the mobile version separately. Unless something has changed since then, that's the reality.

They're still working on it.

Confirmed feature. You'll be able to sync up the PC and mobile versions, although as mentioned you'll probably have to purchase them separately.

That makes since. No wonder I've never heard of any exceptions before. That sounds very Apple.
Meanwhile the android version is available via google play store and itunes. :-)This game is perfect for tablets.
