Had too look into it and found this.
Descent Studios on Kickstarter;
"Hey everyone, we really want to give everyone an alert, but we are being sued by Little Orbit and one of the things they are asking for is full ownership of the IP that we at DS own. So, needless to say we are in dispute, hopefully some agreement can be reached and the game can be released, when all of this went down, we had a strike team playing all the missions, there are videos on youtube showing some of that, and were very close to a beta release for everyone here - I am not going to blast LO - suits no purpose, but suffice it to say that we ALL want the game we worked on to be released - if you like a hardcore experience, where you get lost in the mines and need to use our breadcrumb feature to find your way, all while blowing up bots.....you will like it. So, bare with us, unfortunately not all biz transactions go smoothly, but there is a game to play - eventually. We all in the end want the same thing."
