I recently unearthed an old disc containing Destination Quartzon for Descent 2.

Is it possible to use this with DXX-Rebirth? I Ducked It and couldn't find an answer to this. How do I get it to work with Rebirth? I can't really remember what Quartzon is. It's just some bonus levels, correct?

If you have the full version of Descent 2 from GOG or a retail CD, that is strictly better than Quartzon, I think.

As far as it working with Rebirth, I think it is supported, but I never had a Quartzon disc, so I don't know.

If you do want do use your Destination Quartzon disc you can extract the descent2.sow file in the d2data folder on the disc with 7-zip. The .pig / .hog / .ham / .s22 files you get work with dxx-rebirth.
