It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hi,

The installer for Macintosh (Italian) of Deponia 1 does not complete the download.

I have already tried three times but the downloads always stops at 2.18 GB (should be 3.60 GB).

Thank you

Ok, can you try also downloader or is it a problem for you?

Probably I will try, but not now. Maybe tomorrow.

However, I would prefer via browser. Can you check if the file exists on the server GOG is intact?

This could be a restriction of your file system. Disks formated with FAT, FAT16 or HFS only allow files with a maximum size of 2GB. Usually those file systems aren't used anymore, but especially FAT16 is still in use with some thumb drives.

Check your file system or try saving the file to another disk.

..and of course check the available free space on the disk ;-)

Uhm... I have tried one time on my new Macbook Pro, sure no problem with file system but the internet connection is not very stable. Then I tried twice on a PC with Windows XP, I have to check the file system. I'll let you know as soon as possible. Thank you.

(Sorry for my bad english)
I checked the file system on the PC, is NTFS. Unfortunately the problem with the Installer must be something else.

If you want to use a browser, use the newest version. Chrome had some issues downloading files bigger than 2 GB. Firefox too, but not very often. There could be also a conflict with anti-virus or security software handling such a big file or download stream. I'd try deactivating it just for this download.
I'll try the downloader. Can it resume broken downloads, right? I think it's the best thing.

In a couple of days, I will post the download confirmation. Best regards and thank you.
Good luck! :)
I used the downloader and I have resolved; it is very fast and easy, too. :-)

Thanks to everyone for the help. Greetings.
Great, enjoy the game! ;)
