^Same for me, too.

Game installation not found, please reinstall.

No matter what I do. Sigh...
After installing the 3.2 patch for Deponia, I'm getting the same "MSVCR110.dll is missing" error. I tried installing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2012 as recommended but it didn't help. I even uninstalled/re-installed the whole game and patch, but I still get the missing dll error.

Running Win7 64-bit.

Nobody mentioned that for a 64bit OS you also have to install the 32 bit VC++ Redist. 2012. Try it and this time it should work.

Why am I only getting update flags for these now? As in, within the last half hour.
Hi,

Just a quick reply to confirm that whatever you updated today has worked for me for ´Chaos in Deponia. The "Runtime error (at 4:1152): The source file is corrupted" has gone away and the patch installation finished successfully.´

Thank you very much!
So many problems with this, I wonder if I should wait until I see another update.

Do these updates even matter that much for the game experience?
I'm getting the error messages that they can't find the game installation too. I guess I'll just wait until they patch the patch.
I am still having the same "can't find installation" error even after reinstalling the original game. Any word on a fix for this?

rmatec: I am getting an error applying the patch:

Runtime error (at 4:1152):
The source file is corrupted

Once I click OK in that error message I get another that reads: Out of Range

I am on Windows 8.1 I tried:
- re-downloading and re-installing the patch
- reinstalling the game and applying the patch
- running the patch as Administrator

Any ideas?

Update: I forgot to mention I had this problem with Chaos in Deponia
You are using winblows8. That in itself is the primary problem...but it sounds like a library file missing. Try that file the other folks have used with success.

I fix PCs...I refuse to even turn on a machine with win8. It is that appalling of an OS.
Well? These patches not finding the game directories (even the default ones) seems to be a major problem - any progress on that?

I could file a support ticket, of course - but this looks like something that has to be resolved globally, not individually.

Same problem here. At first I thought it's because I missed to install a previous patch, but in such case the installer usually says "Wrong game version" and not "Can't find installation".
Am I to understand that the first batch of patches was corrupt and that the new flags are for an updated version of the patches? Which may or may not work properly now?

Some clarification and info would be greatly appreciated.
