I have XPSP3 and once launched, the game window comes up completely black, the theme music starts playing, and that's all that happens.

I'll be contacting support about this, but I wanted to see if there was quick fix that the community already knew about. Thanks.

I have the same problem since i bought this game month ago. Sry can't help you here. I hope we get this solved.

At the time I wrote that, GOG hadn't yet uploaded the "OpenGL" version, which is the fix for folks using WinXP. If you're using a web browser to download, (sorry I don't use Galaxy), you should see a link for it in the main downloads section.
