I just downloaded this game yesterday and when I play the PC version, the sound is like my old PC used to be before I had a Soundblaster fitted to it, ie IBM chip only. If I play the Amiga version, then then I get a proper soundtrack and better graphics.

Can anyone advise if it's possible to get better sound on the PC? It's a long time since I played around with a config file

The DOS version did not have sound samples, what you're hearing is an accurate representation of the game.

Okay thank you. I used to have an enhanced or remastered version of this game that did have good sound and graphics (for its time). Maybe that's where I'm getting confused.
