I've got the Standard Edition in the Spring Sale giveaway. And logically, after that. I've bought the two DLCs to get the full game. For some reason buying all the DLCs doesn't grand me the Definitive edition and in the description are listed only the DLCs.
On top of that the Definitive Edition is now on -85% Sale. And I already had a similar experience with another giveaway the Beautiful Desolation. At least in their case the soundtrack was doubled in the Definitive extras.
Are there any other extras in the Definitive Edition?

No.
According to GOG Database, Deep Sky Derelicts: Definitive Edition is a package that contains the base game and the two DLCs (New Prospects and Station Life).

If you bought the DLCs at full price, you could refund them and then buy the Definitive Edition while it's on sale. If you bought the DLCs on sale, I suppose you can safely ignore the Definitive Edition.

Thanks for the answer, dude. I needed confirmation form a person who own the game. I hope, you are that kind of person. That's why, I posted here, in a first place. Because I already clicked the solved button.
I've got a good price for the DLCs, so this does not bothers me.
What bothers me are the little "inconvenience" like this store "unoptimisation" - owing all of individual parts from the product, don't grant you this product.
And this "inconveniences" are stacking - the forum's "solve button" can't be undone when pressed ; can't delete forum's posts or topics; can't change or remove reviews; other games that I own are still in my wish-list.
Honestly this left me with "bad taste" before playing the game, even.
At least, in GoG I have the opportunity to download the game and play it without the inconvenience of unlocking achievements and associating then with my account's gaming social profile.
But I digress. I will check the game, now.

I own the the base game only, but GOG Database is a reliable source for this kind of information.

Your dissatisfaction is quite understandable, especially regarding the forum software.
I appreciate the customer care of the store so much that I'm incline to ignore these drawbacks, but this attitude is completely personal and I'm totally aware of the numerous problems the store is affected by.

I bought the DefEd(-85%) just as a tip to thank the dev again for this good game.
I know it didn't bring anything as I already had bought all DLCs.
