Maybe I'm wrong in this but Deathtrap should be included in the Van Helsing series following TIAo Van Helsing 1-3, made by the same devs.

You're right, it's a stand-alone, expanded version of the mini-game from the main Van Helsing trilogy.
The devs decided not to link them together on GOG for some reason.
