I'm holding off on buying this game here because on the Origin version, there's a bug where the Windows mouse pointer remains visible, regardless of what happens to the Dead Space cursor. basically my white windows arrow is jittery in the middle of the screen, and my blue? dead space cursor behaves normally.

It's supposedly only an issue with the Origin version. You're supposed to Disable the Origin In Game overlay to fix it.

Origin > Application Settings > Origin in Game

The GOG version doesn't have that issue.
