Difficulty changes - Choosing easy or hard reverts to normal. Don't load the game from continue. Always select a file to load.

Vsync slows the game down - disable vsync. if you "need" vsync try your nvidia/amd control panel.

Thank you for the information.

You should let GOG's support staff know about this if you haven't already.
I had this game in my library and just downloaded it to play. I read on the Store Page where people were giving it 1 STAR due to the extreme lag making it near unplayable. I experienced the same and came on the forum, looking for a solution.

Known Issues and Workarounds mentioned VSync causing slow down of the game. Yeah, you could say that. Most people complain about lag on their controls that I would never notice. But this?? I would move my mouse and could visually see it stay for a half second before moving. No dang way I would torture myself with that!

Your turning off of Vsync solution SOLVED this. Thank you!!! (I did turn mouse sensitivity down to 1 quarter as well, before I even came to the forum and found that mouse sensitivity turned down was also a thing)

EDIT: Err, maybe I spoke to soon. I only used it in the main menu and got great results. There seems to be a difference when you actually play the game. And people suggest turning Mouse Sensitivity UP. There is a post below about Mouse Issues that goes way into depth about it and its actually not even a VSync issue. VSync being disabled is a work around, but not the cause. I suggest reading the other post. There are links there that are supposed to help with a DLL file that forces the mouse to work a little better.

This game is a port from ps so the native speed for this game is 30 fps ;p Once You turn ingame Vsync it changes to 30 fps. Turning it off will make the go game wild because it cant stand more than 60+ fps...

The best solution is to force Vsync for this game via nVidia control panel.
It solves many problems and its very easy to apply.
Any known crashes every 30 minutes? Or at least what's the cause of it? If there is, how to fix it?
