Has anyone else had the issue where every time you find and play an audio log the graphics go crazy? The graphics get all distorted with crazy colors and triangles. I've noticed this in Chapter 2 in the medical facilities. The only way to stop it is to cancel the audio log early. The game only does this with audio files and I've checked my nVidia card and it runs fine. Is there any way to fix this bug?

This happened to me as well, I turned v-sync on/off and it seemed to help. I'll see if comes back tomorrow.
