Hi there!

I heards there is mod support in Dead Cells now.

How do I enable it on GOG and how do I find mods.

Or is it steam only (like so often)?

Best regards

same answer...
I have check online, I found only for steam thougth the Workshop...
i want that too.

it would be amazing if motion twin could make mods work on all platforms, although consoles could be a bunch harder, but having a mod enabling tool for gog would be "simple" and cool.

@motion twin help those out, that don't wanna bow to evil drm and chose to support u.

i also take manual downloading and inserting of the mods, just whatever that let's me play them through the gog version plssssssss.

It's so frustrating. A MOD is just a FILE that is added to a specific folder.
All they would need to to is let non-steam users place the files from steam-workshop in a specific folder and it would all work just fine. I don't understand why won't the just add an option to read the mod-files from a mod-folder and let everyone have the same tools.

This is really frustrating as you get a kick in the teeth if buying it on GOG.
Now You can't refund or anything and it feels like you get an incomplete game again.

I am pretty sure GOG version would have no problem with reading mod files (I know for a fact that Hammerwatch GOG had no issue with running custom made maps from Workshop). Problem is there seems to be no way to get mods outside Steam Workshop.

Boom: http://steamworkshopdownloader.com/
Yeah, doesn't work. Returns "The game that this item belongs too does not allow downloading of its items...BUMMER!" error.
