Someone on Reddit told me that the dev is moving on to other projects, but didn't provide sources. I'm wondering if it's safe to say that this is the complete edition.

I really hope so. I just logged on to install this game and noticed it has another dlc!! A few months ago I was ranting on how much bloat gets added to this game. Bought it on switch physical believing it was a finished game, and now I'm left with incomplete game on cartridge.
