Today I downloaded the latest patch, 1.3.11 and tried to run it. I got a windows error message saying it wasn't accessible, then my Panda Anti-Virus program said it contained a virus and quarantined it. I tried a second time and got the same results.
****Follow up****
Panda Anti-Virus released the file 36 hours later saying there was no virus found in it. I then ran the patch and it worked fine. Bottom line is the anti-virus program seems to be over protective.
