i have downloaded both parts. then i'm opening part 1 , a browser opens , then i choose part 2 but it's says it's not the correct file. how do i start this game???

Windows version?

the .exe is the file to run, and it installs the data from the .bin file. So you need both and they need do have the correct names and the correct file extension. Maybe one of the files is corrupt due to download errors. Then try to download again.
