So, 2GB of updates every two days is too much! Come on! Was this game released too early? Someone has got to put their s%$t together! It's enough that Galaxy tries to "update" itself every time you open it, just to stop halfway through because it's already updated.
Yes, this annoys me too. It seems to re-download the whole game for every patch. Just annoying. Thinking about uninstalling.

EDIT: I stopped the update and now I can see the update notes. Also a thing that GOG should change immediately.

Patch 1.3.11 (08 June 2016)
This update is for the Windows version of the game.
Improved the music when Weird Ed is introduced.

Why 2.3 GB's for such minor fix ????

Sounds like a gog issue, not a Doublefine issue - I just downloaded the latest patch the old fashioned way from Library, and the 1.3.11 patch is 3MB.

OK! Even worst now. :)

I hope GOG can fix their updating issues.

But thanks for illuminating this issue.

i did uninstall because of this.
gog started as way better than steam, now...well...
And every day it starts downloading the same 106.4 MB and stops. Tired of it.
