Whatever company currently has the rights may have more information but it seems hard to track down since VectorCell and other related companies have all seem to have closed.

SCPM: According to the manual KBP - Knockin' Boots Productions provided the voice acting work. The founder is Dimitri Bodiansky, he'd be your best lead at identifying the voice actors.

Vagrant1986: im not sure about the player characters in the game, but Chris Eriksen seems to be the major voice actor in darkstone, he worked on other French games as well. One of my favorites lol
