Just purchased this game and it is utterly unplayable. I cant even send a ticket for support as the "send" button is broken and does nothing when clicked but initiate a infinite load. I would like to play this game, but if it is unfixable I want a refund.

The image shows a few of the graphic issues the game produces when I try to play. Changing compatibility mode, running in admin mode, or changing the resolution does absolutely nothing to help

I've sent off a ticket for you, quoting this post and linking to this thread. You might want to post your system information here so whoever looks at this from tech support can help you more quickly.

We will create a ticket for you in a moment, using your e-mail address. Afterwards we'll do our best to help.

Actually, I'll create another one, as I'm very much interested in the glitch that you described.

Thanks! the browsers I tried on were Chrome (latest version: caused the button to spin and nothing else) and Firefox (again latest build: Absolutely nothing happens here)

As for my system all relevant info is as follows.

Windows 7 64 bit
Phenom X6 1055t
ATI 6870

I dont think the rest would be worth saying as its just regular hardware and nothing out of the ordinary. If anything else is needed just let me know. REALLY hope we can get this game up and running there is some serious nostalgia to be had here,

If you're THAT nostalgic you may survive playing in software mode. :D I'm fairly certain the issue won't occurr in that one as it seems graphics hardware/driver related. You can activate it by adding the parameter "-soft" to the game's shortcut. The game will look like ass but at least it should run. I'll see whether this issue occurs on my other machine tomorrow. That one also has a Radeon, so if I run into it there it should be easier for me to try a few things.
-Soft causes the game to cycle between the intro cinematic and a blank main menu. I disabled all other parameters but -32bit. Still no good =/ This genuinely sucks and I apparently cant get a refund.

I am seeing this same behaviour with an AMD HD6450 on both Windows 7 (64-bit) and Windows 8.1 (64-bit). I didn't have this problem in the past on this same system which indicates it's a driver issue, but I haven't yet gone back to find the last working driver. My Windows 7 install is Catalyst 13.4 so it's at least as far back as that.
