It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

I bought this game because i had a font memory of it and i really wanted to play it, now i have bought a game that doesnt work gog i am dissapointed in you even the community isnt much help wich doesnt suprise me.
If you gonne sell crap that doesnt work then i stop buying.
If you want to solve your issue I suggest you tell exactly what kind of error you receive (perhaps in a new thread) and send a ticket to support.

I know it's a pity we can't have all our games work just like that but sometimes you might need to do something that your particular setup (hardware, OS etc..) requires.

If it's the first game, it seems to be wise to try that 1.7 unofficial update.
Hercules, it is extremely frustrating regardless. I have created a post detailing my particular problem and I have requested assistance to GOG's support department. I have yet to hear anything. Right now it feels like I purchased a defective product.

Thanks but I have posted it already but noone had answered it. I tried the 1.7 but it doesnt work (I had to put off my anti virus program because it saw the patch as a tojan virus.

Hi,

First off - in my last post, I meant to address Nirth. Miss-typed your name instead by accident, Hercules. Woops! I'm sure you probably figured that out, though.

Back on topic:

I've got the game working satisfactorily. Here's what I did. You might find value in this as well:

EDIT: Apparently, this retarded forum prevents me from posting "any links at the moment." Not only are the administrators unable to provide satisfactory support, but they also prevent clients from providing EACH OTHER with adequate support. No matter, I'll just have to circumvent the rules. I'm attaching a screenshot with what I was going to post. Looks like you'll have to manually type in the urls buddy, sorry about that.

Hope this helps. Cheers!

Accordign to this thread, it is not completly clear whether the alerts of anti-viral programs are false or if there is really something malicious inside said patch.
