I have found a font on the web called "Agathodaimon" which seems to be the origin of the symbols from The Journal. I was wondering if anyone knows if this is in fact the source or if there is another.

I also noticed that in The Journal the developers seem to refer to slightly different symbols for Raka. On the monolith, the symbol looks like a 4 with a line crossing its cross bar on the right ("a" in the font), but the constellation map shows a 4 with a hook at the end of the crossbar ("p"in the font). Both of these are included in the font.
