Well, this one is trying to find the positive here, just thought it might get some understanding from gamers other 'tubers' may not..

At this point though, I have no idea how this is going. It's nothing I have hope for, but yeah. I'm also turned off by all new games now, I've noticed. I'm watching things like the Resident Evil 8's new trailer and going, meh, bullcrap, show me someone playing the game on console in real time or stuff it..

I argued like that, ever since STEAM launcher was forced to be mandatory.
DRM did go rampant, publishers taking away the right to own games.

Now look at the market... we have how many launcher now? With even
Epic pushing the "exclusive" bullshit, we only saw on consoles all those
years....

Only if ppl start actively NOT BUYING / PREORDERING any hyped up game
then things ll change, same for the shops you buy your games from.

I just wanted to say until the next patch i have no clue how this will turn out, but I just won't keep hopes up, at all.
