I'm reading online that queuing the memory wipe quickhack with a traceable quickhack should make the latter untraceable, but it doesn't work. Google AI says it's a bug, but I'm not sure. Have they changed how memory wipe works, or is it actually a bug?

P.S. I checked the description of memory wipe (tier 4) and it says "quickhacks queued after memory wipe are not traceable", so it should make the queued hack not traceable. What I noticed is that the trace doesn't start the first time I use it on someone, but when I use wipe + quickhack on a second (or sometimes third) guy, the trace inevitably starts.

Also, how do I make myself the least traceable possible?

Last I heard, you could be traced (which was a bug), then they fixed it, and then the bug came back.

I haven't heard anything about this in the latest patches (I'm still on 2.1, due to mods), so my guess is the bug is currently present in the game.

To become the least traceable, you have to ideally divide the enemies, and take them out on groups. Then change position, and take out whoever is left.

Personally, I am a huge fan of the Quickhack + Pistols combo. I spend all my RAM on weakening (trying to kill them with quickhacks usually cost too much RAM) as many enemies as I can, and then use a pistol to finish them off, and regain most of the RAM upon killing them.
