First one: Went separately to the train, They weren't there and never arrived. Reloaded, followed them, Panam talked then asked if I had questions, but I couldn't talk to anybody. This might be an old bug, cuz I never went alone before.

Second one: After riding with Panam to station. Got back to the camp, Saul yelled at Panam, Panam yelled at Saul, Quest said talk to Saul, and I could not talk to anybody.

Edit: I walked far away then the dialogue appeared in caption form of Panam telling Mitch to move the trucks, and the quest finished.
