I'm running a rtx4070 super with an i9-12900k with 32 gigs of ram and 12 gigs of vram and all i use are ssds for storage. I am losing internet connection whenever I run my settings high and on top of that, textures look like death. attached are screenshots. one of my monster pc running the game at max settings and the other of my switch 2 running HANDHELD MODE. i thought we were past all this cdpr.

Don't see it, sorry.
You should turn off that stupid ghosting effect on the UI (PC) though.

The tree bark is the example. I've managed to solve some of the issues through trial and error. Running nVidia low latency boost was the culprit for making my internet crap out. As for the textures, they are still slow and weird to load, however, when running max settings at 1080p, no dlss, my card is drawing way more power in version 2.3 versus 2.2. The card was 99% which is almost 15% more power draw than what I benchmarked before. Before at 1080p, my card would average 45 fps at max settings and my card would be sitting at 80% usage, hovering aroubd 55 degrees. Now it's cooking at 77 degrees. So the culprit is power consumption. I'm assuming dlss 4.0 is what is causing the issues. The harder my video card works, the less efficient it seems be.

Are you experiencing the problem with DLSS or without DLSS? I'm confused.
