Before the 2.3 update came I had an offline 2.21 Cyberpunk + PL Ultimate installer downloaded. Installed 2.21 and no problem. Than 2.3 update came ... and I wish someone from CDPR who is responsible to put offline update installer was hanged by his balls to some cold place. After I downloaded 3 files of offline installer for from 2.21 to 2.3. /6.5GB/ and launched a game a i have an error message that version of Cyberpunk and Phantom Liberty dont match. There is no separate patches for Cyberpunk and PL ... after i installed Galaxy I found out that I need to download another 20 GB? The reason why i should love GOG that I can just download offline installers so when I format disc, or temporary uninstall games I can just download installers and install them back without internet connection. The problems with offline installers of updates I have only with Cyberpunk other games no problem. So let be clear ... until CDPR fixed the problems with offline installers ... i will play cracked version of Cyberpunk and future CDPR games ... they are easier to update and they don't need +/-100 GB of free disc space every time I want to launch small update. I am sorry but currently Epic have better client than GOG.

The offline installers for the 2.3 build are now live on the desktop site.
I have the same problem. Do I have to download the whole Phamtom Liberty of version 2.3? That's about 40 GB.

Yes. Everytime there is an update you can patch CP2077 BUT IF you have PL - YOU MUST RE-download Phantom Liberty (40 Gig). There is no mini patch for PL. This is how it has been since PL was released.

IF you only have CP2077 - you ONLY need to download the 3 files patch.
IF you have both CP2077 and PL - you need to download the 3 file patch &(AND) FULL PL download,

to patch correctly

Thank you. Hope they can do better in the future.
I bought the Ultimate Version for £43 back in Feb 24 and found exactly the same issue, CP gets patched but PL does not and I got the same version error, one reason I refunded the game and the other was a bug when enabling P-Cores on Intel made it run like crap, think that was 2.21 when i bought it!

Now the Ultimate Version is £30 so considering buying it again but with all the issues being reported with 2.3 i'll hold off for now as I can see the same problem, they will patch CP but force you to download the whole PL again!
For some reason the new Offline DLC 2.3 for Mac is not showing up inside the Offline 2.3 game ?
I downloaded the Offline 2.3 game files (Mac) and installed. Game was fine. Then when the DLC 2.3 Offline files was ready, i downloaded and Installed it but it's not showing up inside the game, weird stuff.

I believe you mean "enabling E-Cores", yes?

I believe you are correct!

I think I had 2.11 and enabled e-cores and other options before running the game at 1080p and it stuttered/lagged! Tried dropping quality settings and other settings but only disabling e-cores fixed stutter/lag until 2.12 fixed the e-core issue!

Have you noticed any other problems in games or general use after disabling all of the E cores? I am getting ready to build a system with 14th-gen CPU and am inclined to simply disable all of the poor cores from the get-go.

I don't really game that much but my system is a 13700KF on an ASUS TUF Gaming Z790 Plus D4 and in the BIOS all E/P Core settings are 'Auto' with the exception of 'Per P-Core Control' and 'Per E-Core Control' which are both set to 'Disabled'. I Play Talos Principle Reawakened, some point 'n click games like Thimbleweed Park, 3 Minutes to Midnight, Broken Sword Reforged & Loco-Motive plus a bit of DOOM 2016 but those games don't use P/E Cores or have no settings for them!

However, there is a setting called 'Legacy Game Compatibility Mode' in my BIOS which when set to 'Enabled' the 'Scroll Lock' key is used to enable E-Cores (when Scroll Lock is On) and park them (when Scroll Lock is Off), whether your mobo will have the same or similar setting you'll have to check!

O.K., thanks for the reply. I have always used ASUS motherboards, so my new one should probably have the same BIOS settings as yours.

The 'Legacy Game Compatibility Mode' is probably worth enabling then you can leave all the E/P-Core settings at default and use Scroll Lock to toggle the E-Cores if you encounter any problems in a game to see if it's E-Core related!
