Trying to do the Psycho Killer one where you find the bloody ritual site. I've inspected all the bodies (including the guy in the corner) and nothing happens. The cyberspycho doesn't spawn. I've looked around to see if I was making some mistakes and it looks like some others are having the same issues so I'm reporting the issue here. If there's another forum this would be better, please let me know.
