We’ve received a massive influx of new support tickets from you since December 10th and are currently at a 6 times higher backlog than ever before.

Additionally, on December 10th alone we’ve received as many tickets as we would normally get over an entire regular month. After a few days, we still get as many tickets every day, as we would normally get in 10 days.

Our Support Team is working tirelessly & around the clock to answer every request but delays in replies are to be expected. We’re staffing up with part-time helpers, and are triaging tickets to reply to as many time-sensitive ones as possible, but we’ll be sorting out the backlog at least throughout January.
