I was just thinking of this and wondering if Cyberpunk will get this treatment too. As in GTA III, Vice City and SA, the music licenses expired and had to be removed. If have Physical PS2, XBOX, PC then you will be fine. But I think some of the music on the radio stations are real songs from artist in CP. Even the Porche 911, Just like Forza cars license expired, and cars removed. I wounder if the car model would be replaced.

This same thing happened with Metal Gear Solid 1 and 2 and even shows on streaming services, Some copyright music in a show or movie is cutout or on a show the episode is completely removed.

Just thinking of the future of our games.
I know if you have it backed up on PC your good, but for futures downloads or even for console players.

Most of the music in Cyberpunk was made specifically for the game. Its safe to assume that CDPR made clauses in the contracts for the music to stay in the game forever at least most of it. It would be a major oversight if they havent done this.
most of it's ripped off from... prodigy in any case...
First thing I do when I get in a vehicle, turn off the radio. Junk Shit, rarely a song I may tolerate.
As for licensing & removal of MY game copy content ? I didn't even want the base to move to 2.1 Skill Tree, who says I will update it to the latest CORPORATE WANTS THIS ???

This is why I was so happy when I finally got the custom radio channel mod (RadioExt) to work.
The moment I could drive around City Center in my Caliburn, listening to Darude - Sandstorm, I was so happy! <3

...Of course, this was at patch 1.5, and with 1.6 released soon after and including so much new stuff I wanted, I eventually updated to that. And I never got the radio mod to work again. So I got about 2 weeks of fun with my custom radio channel.
