There is no way to install the game at all. I went through both methods to install it and there is nothing to click to install it. It just doesn't exist.

Never mind. It isn't an actual game it seems. So that solves that.

Excuse me? The goodies collections, this one and the previous ones, are just wallpapers and other things for an offline download.

Apart from the new car (which I presume sadly won't be released until the actual expansion is available), there is nothing to install.
