Um, I've rocked the boat there before.. The Adults Only games there? I'm part of the rabble rousing that got them allowed on Steam, and an actual response from Gaben, the developers of the first Adults Only rated game on Steam asked my permission to add my name into their game..

Thing is, it had nothing to do with government, it had everything to do with, profit (same reason any place shills, it's owned by a company, not the public) and Hatred was number one on the gaming charts before launch.

The turn around was that new developers could FINALLY attempt to get their Adults Only games on the platform.

LOL, I got a laugh out of the crap they allow on there now, But that increases potential profits so of course they'd choose the money option.

I got called a "Thief" for playing 1hr 40 mins of Hunter Call of the Wild then asking for a refund on that broken buggy crap and message directly from Valve rep who refused to give the refund even though it was below the time and warranted a refund issued a PayPal dispute got money back sent evidence to PayPal problem solved nope, Valve rep messaged me again calling me a thief and some other crap and gave me a 7 day ban which prevents you playing Multiplayer with many games directly with those on your friends list.

There's like a Bot farm on the steam forums which targets many people.
