So here is every step I took
Re installed it many times, deleted its files (so when I re download files there should be no issue) clean and quick install with no bugs.

The problem resides when you press PLAY and it launches for half a second and then send you to the 'report a problem' screen where I am never given help.

I can't download the offline backup because it is simply too much space, 200gb of a game is too much for my PC to make room for with everything else I have on it.

At one point I DID install this backup to see if it worked, spending most of my day trying to figure out how to fix it only to come up with nothing and deleting it all again.

I tried to switch platforms (by the way it is legal and possible to switch platforms with certain sites), Steam has an Add Games to its bottom right in Library so if its the launcher's fault it can launch using the steam launcher, BUT instead it is set up to where it takes me TO the gogalaxy launcher, meaning I cannot launch it off of steam. And I would love to launch it off of Epic Games BUT even though GoGalaxy is owned by Epic I still can't play GoG games from Epic.

Meaning its a literal issue that I speant around 100-200$ on purchasing years ago I would like resolved.

The image below is the Report Issue tab I get when I launch Cyber Punk (the game opens for half a second blackscreen, closes instantly and this tab pops up)

Well, since you don't mention your hardware or OS or anything of relevance, I would argue that you get yourself an external harddrive and download the offline files.
https://www.amazon.com/Western-Digital-Elements-Portable-External/dp/B06W55K9N6

Assuming you own the game here on GoG, and are trying to run the game through the GoG Galaxy client, you already have all the required files to play it offline and locally.

You'll find the Cyberpunk2077.exe at:
[X]:\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64

Try to run the game directly. If that doesn't help, try running it as Administrator.

Have you tried doing a CLEAN install of your graphics drivers? Or rolled back to an older version?

Again, since you don't mention any of your hardware, I'm going with Nvidia. I have driver version 512.15. Works great with CP77 on my RTX 3080.

Technically quite old, but I have read numerous reports of CP77 issues with the latest and second latest drivers.

The game it's not 200 gb, it's barely 70gb.
However, as already pointed out, if you don't share your config, you won't get any help at all.

Cheers

No what I am saying is the game + the offline back up is roughly around 200gb (the offline is over 100 gb (( I haven't checked it and I don't remember the accurate numbers + I would assume you get the point)) )

The reason I don't bring up hardware is because (I am being completely honest) I know nothing of how to figure out what hardware I am using, I know that its acceptible enough to run games I deem higher quality and others with better graphics and even others with more complicated coding and such.

I know my drive in theory should handle cyberpunk and that I assume its a launcher issue as it doesn't check my device it simply attempts opening and without any lag or delay closes the application and opens the report tab.

I trust my device to be able to atleast handle cyberpunk on low graphics and slower more careful gameplay choices to avoid crashes and mistakes (as I normally run bigger games that are pushed to their limits with mods and I hate wasting time with crashes and do my best to fix them from happening) .

I will attempt opening it via files and I honestly redowloaded as clean as I can, making sure there are zero obv files/addons that could be hindering this process (obvs didn't dive into file by file by file but I DID check around, if there is something causing issues it is really burried in deep)

Something I will admit to is never running a game in admin, never took the time to do it so I will figure that out via google. I will get back to you and hopefully it changes.

BulletsOfCuddles: The game it's not 200 gb, it's barely 70gb.
Actually, if installed through the offline files + any required patch files, it will quickly take close to 200 GB or even more.
I got the game install at patch 1.03, plus all patches released since, and that takes 314 GB of disk space on my home server. 103 GB for the base game and 211 GB in patches.

I got 72 TB on it so I don't care, but it's still a LOT more than the ~65 GB the actual game installation takes.
Anyone with the game install below the 108 GB 1.5 patch would be better off downloading everything again, directly at patch 1.6.

Which they must do if they want 1.6, since GoG doesn't list the required 1.52 offline patch anymore.

Wait are there certain patches I have to download for it to properly launch? I don't download the hotfixes, assuming they are optional if I don't want bug, nor do I know which ones to download that are just taking up space.

YourMicrowave: Here yes?
Yup, that's the one.
Does the game still crash when running that directly?

As for your hardware, no worries, it's just the nerd in me that "requires" everyone to know their own system specs. ^^
If I were to be truly detailed about my own hardware, I would fill out an A4 page...

Though for future references, saying whether you play on a desktop or laptop would at least be something to go by.
Laptop brand or even model would be better.

For finding your hardware, you got numerous option.
3rd party software like Speccy and HWMonitor are the most detailed, but for the basics, you can press your Windows key and type

system information

You can also type

device manager

In Device Manager, the important hardware would be under
- Disk drives
- Display adapters
- Processors

For running any app as administrator, you right-click on the shortcut or .exe file and click on Properties.
In the Compatibility tab, you got a checkbox saying "Run this program as an administrator"

It shouldn't be, every version of the game is standalone so long as the game is fully installed without any issues or errors.
You only need the patch files to update the game without downloading the whole 103 GB every time.

Though before I can answer that to any extent, I would need to know which version of the game you currently have installed.

At this moment I am using desk top, monitor and console. I ran both direct and admin both came in result with no visual changes though in the files I noticed an Exe file pop up momentarely under the file launcher.

Also I run windows 10 pro according to the system info.

Ok, didn't know the game could eat up so much space. I installed it via Galaxy and it's 70GB only.

To get your hardware info, just open the windows start menu and type "system info", then launch the app "system information".

As for the instacrash, it would be great to know the CPU you have, because sometimes an overclockable/overclocked CPU can cause instabilities in certain games. Some engines are more prone to crash on certain conditions where others run just fine.

How do I check CPU? I have just relied on my PC handling everything for me over the years. (I will look for it while I wait for a reply)

Holy moly... those specs are really low, and I mean... reeeaaallyyy low (I honestly mean no offence here)

The graphic card is an integrated one, if I'm not wrong. Those type of cards cannot handle games like cyberpunk.

Have you alread played modern games on that machine before?

EDIT
Just to clarify... I said your specs are low in terms of gaming and cyberpunk in particular. I assume your machine is perfectly fine for your use case in any other situation.

How modern are we talking? 2019-ish? Yes I play things like apex and destiny with no real issue as long as I turn motion blur off. I don't really dive into super modern games as I don't enjoy their gameplay normally. (cyberpunk is a charm I have wanted to play)
Take a look at this link. You can see a comparison between your graphic card and another one that it's pretty old (by 8 years) but it's a card meant for gaming.

https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-970-vs-AMD-Radeon-HD-7570/2577vsm9639

The site reports the huge difference between your specs and a gaming card of 8 years ago.

Oh, really? If that's the case, I don't understand your previous screenshot. It's showing AMD RADEON HD 7500 as a graphic card.

Can you share a screenshot of this side of your task manager? (see my attachment)

Well, that hardware is arguably ancient. The i5 3570 was released 10 years ago. I had a 3770K myself, between 2013 and 2019.

As for the graphics card, which is likely the culprit here, the AMD support page says the "AMD Radeon 7500 series" doesn't support Windows 10
https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-615

In that case, you got a basic video driver, but nothing specific. Which would seriously hamper performance with a new game like CP77.

Could you use GPU-Z to identify the exact "7500 series" model. If you're lucky, there could be newer drivers available for Windows 10.
https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

Did you recently update your PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10?
Did Cyberpunk 2077 previously work on your PC?
