What the title says. I tried saving and reloading or even starting the game again and the inventory menu is locked for some reason. When I press the button to open it up the game says I can't do it right now. I'm not in combat or anything and I can save the game.

Go to Jig-Jig street and sleep with a joytoy. That, for some reason, usually fixes such issues.

It didn't work. Nothing seems to work. I tried to do some PL missions to trigger cutscenes and see if that fix it and it didn't work.

Man I was really enjoying the game...

Tried sleeping in your apartment? Both the main and the one in Corpo Plaza?
There is apparently something special about the scanner in the Corpo apartment, though I've never noticed anything special about it. Just figured it was worth mentioning.

I have the same bug "You can't do that right now." while opening any menu (map, backpack, etc) after finishing the DLC mission "The Killing Moon".
I also try all the alternative solutions : manual save and reload, quicksave/quick reload, try to die and reload last checkpoint, joytoy,sleep un Corpo plaza...

I manage to unlock the menu (no more "You can't do it right now") :
I continued the quest "Run the Town" where I change my face to impersonate Aguilar.
I killed some voodo boys and talking to Jago.
I choose the dialogue to investigate Bennett first.
Then I took back my appareance (by continuing the quest) and the menu were up again !
No more "You can't do it right now".
