For the first time I've encountered in the crafting system, crafting an item (Legendary Item Components), and not receiving it even though the game ate the components that it cost to make it. I spent a half hour crafting COMMON to UNCOMMON, then UNCOMMON to RARE, then RARE to EPIC, and EPIC to LEGENDARY only to not get the legendary items.

To be clear, I have done this many times throughout my 500hr+ playthrough and it has worked perfectly fine every time as far as I'm aware. In this instance however, when I craft legendary item components from epic ones, I do not receive them and it is repeatable. I don't know if there is a pattern to it or not, but it's really disappointing because it took forever to do the crafting.

This is with a fully patched game up to version 1.11, and first time it noticeably happened. Now I know others have successfully crafted this component before as have I, so "it works for me" isn't useful as it worked for me previously also. My question is - has anyone else encountered an instance in the game where you have all of the components to craft something, you craft it, the items it cost to make it are removed, but you never receive the crafted item?

This is a first, but a rather disappointing one. Going to reload my savegame to get everything back.
