Not sure if this is the place to post bugs, but oh well.

Once the Integumentary System Cyberware implant Cogito Lattice reaches Tier 3+, there is no option available to further upgrade it to Tier 4.

I've checked all Cyberware available from Cassius at level 1 and no others had this issue.
