Hi,

wenn I tried to start it today, the games keep crashing back to desktop after loading the save game.
The Game.log is not very helpfull:
...
after the Entries for [net...] there is:
[Error] <Flash> Error: CallMethod - 'gotoAndStop' on invalid object. [Libs/UI/Menus_StartMenu.gfx]
$3sys_spec_Full = $64 $5[]$4 RealState=3
[Error] <Flash> Error: CallMethod - 'gotoAndStop' on invalid object. [Libs/UI/Menus_StartMenu.gfx]

Windows reports that (unfortunately in German)

So it seems that CrySoundSystem.dll had a problem.

Any Idea what's wrong?

Thanks,

Does it still crash if you run the 32-bit version?

Thanks for your reply.

Question, how do I get 32 bit version to run at all? Whatever I try, it crashes before I even get the initial menu.
With the 64 bit Version and DX9 option I can at least load a game, but then it crashes. Might have to do with latest Microsoft updates, because some 2 weeks ago it was working fine.

Best regards,
Tom

Well, I did add compatibility to Windows 7, but it seems not to change the issue.
Then I try to load quite an old save, which suddenly worked and then loading the latest save game worked as well. There we are, I don't know what made it work again, but at the moment it works again

Best regards,
Tom
