Answered my question about a combat bug in which the screen freezes. Is GPU issue.

Thanks.

We have several reports of screen freezes on Mojave. Have you discovered anything useful on that matter? Despite having developed the game on Windows and macOS alike (2 out of 5 devs of the team are on a Mac), we never experienced the issue.

I have the very same issue on mac.

The game freezes after a while in combat.

FYI: I'm using an external monitor. Didn't notice it when playing on my macbook without a second monitor plugged.

Now... To try to solve this, I've changed from fullscreen to window mode and my game window is like... HUUUGE. I can only see 1/6 of the game screen and can't go back to fullscreen mode. Any ideas?

You can remove the preferences for the game. It won't remove your save, but you will see the introduction cutscene and dialog again.

The file should be located here:
/Users/%your_user_name%/Library/Preferences/unity.Alt Shift.Crying Suns.plist

Can you also tell me what is your hardware configuration?

Same system as dconnery, the game freezes specially at battles.

The screen freezes in any combination of fullscreen/windowed & monitor/screen, action continues on backgorund (sound efects and menu sounds don't stop)

Playing on a window in a external monitor, I have experienced graphic corruption (small colorful blocks only inside the game window)

The game Duskers has a very similar bug: freezes, black screen, similar screen corruption, maybe they're using same game engine (Unity, I believe).

Hope it helps to developers.

I have managed to play two sessions without any issue adding the following argument at:

Configuration > Add Command line Arguments

-force-glcore32

I reached sector 3 from start without any issue.

Worked here. Thanks
Thanks for the report guys. Seems like a bug in the Metal implementation of Unity for Intel iGPUs.

We are rolled out an update yesterday that seems to improve things by limiting frame rate to 30 fps on Intel iGPUs. Is one of you willing to try it out without the "force gl core" flag?
