Where are those DLCs? It lists them on the title screen but you can't select them. This edition was to come with all DLC right?

I imagine there are rights issues. "The Circus" was a cross promo for "The Great American Circus" game. Not sure about the Booze DLC. But it appears Season 2 was never fully implemented and has now been delisted.
