Not everyone wants to chat and make an account to seek help for a game. It would be good if you answered the questions here so that everyone can see what (s)he's probably doing wrong or if you're already working on a bug to get it gone.

I have not been successful at creating a Discord account. Please provide customer support for GOG purchasers in the same normal fashion that you do for Steam purchasers. Not all of us want to struggle with a discordant situation outside of a game.

FORCING people to use a platform that they do not already use, because your dev team cannot organize itself to provide support on ALL platforms this game is offered on is bad customer service. This game will not launch for me. I cnanot launch it using the exe file. It says it needs the app container. The play button delays, then dis-ables, then about 3 seconds later enables - with and without a firewall. Something is broken in either YOUR app container or GoG's app. SOMEONE PLEASE FIX IT.

I Just a not ever since the latest patch for crossroads Inn has made all the season 2 DLC unplayable. Can not check the season 2 DLC in the options menu. Also this is the second time this problem has occurred. If my memory serves me the Crossroads Inn season 2 Pass had to be delisted for this problem one time before. I too think telling costumers to go to other platforms is bad customer service. I will be curious how long till this problem gets fixed.

The barrels are no longer working for the table wine. I have double-checked that it is indeed the same kind of wine sitting on my pallet as I have set the barrel to store. I am told I do not have the equipment to store it. This used to work. Could it be because it is called wine in the barrel, but table wine when you buy it? The barrel is set to ONLY store the wine with the same icon as is on the wine that was delivered.

EDIT: When I looked in the barrel, someone had put lager in it, although I set it to only wine from the moment I bought it. I had to delete the lager.

Also, New Item now reads "New Recipe". A recipe is something used to put something together. Are we building the items ourselves? Or are they available to buy? Of course, the latter is the case. "New Item" was the correct term.

First Guest

I've had over 20 guests that have been served, but still do not have the First Guest achievement. This used to work, too, and now does not. I have tried this a few times. I'm in the sandbox on either of the middle levels - I tried both.

Also, in spite of having firewood and waiting an entire day for the workers (3 labourers, 3 servants, and 2 cooks) to get the inn ready to open, the equipment in the kitchen could not be used, because there was no firewood brought to them.

I just went back, after waiting for hours for the pay debt to clear, and it finally cleared, so please ignore this one.
