I was eager and bought the game a few days ago while it was in Early Access.

Now I see there's a discount. Any possibility of recouping those few dollars, please?

Your best bet it's to try to talk with gog support, but if you have already downloaded the game I don't think they will give your money back.
Just in case ask them, you don't have anything to lose.
