This looks to be a bug that is preventing players to continue with the game.
After saving the game at the moonshine den, and exiting the apartment, there is a piece of metal mesh blocking the path.
Additionally, if you try loading the latest Autosave that takes you to the point where you talk to Wanda (an old blind lady), once you go downstairs toward the apartment, the mesh is now there (obviously it wasn't on the initial play through).
Devs, or anyone else, any workarounds or bug fixes in the queue?
