Is there a way to improve resolution? I tried changing the user.cfg and save as read only. The game resolution is the same. Want to go to 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Which creatures game are you talking about?
He's talking about Creatures 3/Docking Station. I'm not too sure how to fix the problem.
Sorry, Yes I am attempting to improve the resolution on Creatures 3.
Docking station I have to check into. When I tried loading Docking Station the site is the wrong site and is shut down. Tried deleting the config for the connection and starting from engine.exe. Docking station still trying to connect to wrong site. I am surprised. Gog usually fixes these problems before selling games to us.

Try these instructions: http://www.gamewaredevelopment.co.uk/ds/ds_more.php?id=560_0_16_0_C

It sounds like you have done everything, but double-check to be sure. You can confirm that the servers are up by visiting http://www.gamewaredevelopment.co.uk/ds/active/whosonline.pl .

That you are getting error messages on start-up is because the update service is down, if it asks that you want to view the message every time when it can't update pick "No".
The Docking Station server is still working, but to login into the game you must first create an account at: http://www.gamewaredevelopment.co.uk/ds/active/register.pl

Good luck!

Thank you for your help.
I did get Docking Station connected and working. The link within Docking Station to sign up for an account was the problem.
After going to Creature labs outside of the game, setting up an account, then going back to Docking Station all seems good now.
Nice to know there are helpful, kind genetically engineered Earth citizens around here.
Are you breeding?
Do you know where I can request A corrective DNA injection to make me perfect?
Best to you
The cheats for this game mention a debug mode in which you can cycle the resolutions. Not sure if it will give you any higher ones but might be worth checking out.
