Hi.

I haven't played Creatures 3 Exodus in quite some time, however I'm thinking about trying it again but I recall one issue that bothered me quite a bit.
That is that creatures could leave their habitats whenever they like, causing them to usually fight and I believe kill eachother.

Anyone know a way, or a mod, to keep creatures within their own habitats unless you somehow allowthem to leave yourself?

I believe you can lock the doors on the outside, but they can still leave from the inside to the outside.

Thanks,
Vincent

Yes, you can't prevent your Norns from using doors. But there's an agent to this problem. It's called Door Hider and makes the door buttons invisible to Norns. See here:

Well said, DeMignon! That's the exact agent I would recommended for this scenario. I used the Door & Lift Hiders to prevent unwanted movement between metarooms and levels. They worked like a charm! You can also find the download available at Creatures Caves.

Another option is to use a large metaroom that doesn't have any exits from it. There are a few options out there, though I'm not sure if you wanted to use anything other than those included with the game. I can certainly offer some suggestions if you like, but DeMignon's suggestion is likely the best one!

Good luck!
