- Fixed rare issue that caused save file to be broken
- Fixed small spike trap not unlocking the vault entry sometimes
- Fixed a bunch of exceptions that were causing rare strange issues. Including some save progress loss
- Quest percentages don't click over to 100% until achievement is unlocked
- Fixed some narration lines not playing or playing twice in tutorial
- Tutorial popup now shows correct icon when using a controller.
