Simple question: does the GoG version fix the glitched palette issues with this game? I know GoG is usually pretty ace about things like this (since that's part of the reason the site exists in the first place) but there are a few games on here which have managed to keep some game-breaking compatibility issues intact despite their efforts, so I have to check on this one. Thanks.

Yes, it does. You can play this game on Vista/7 without strange colours and some other bugs are fixed in this version. However, you have to run this game as administrator.

Excellent.. I've always wanted to try it but that problem has always kept me from grabbing it off Steam. Good to know GoG made good on it :) ... I have UAC and all that rubbish turned off so that shouldn't be a problem, Thanks!
