The proper order (order in the retail version):
1. CDV
2. GSC Game World
3. Cossacks intro (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zYZQTZYZ-WU)

The order in the Gog.com version
1. CDV
2. Cossacks intro
3. GSC Game World

I have played with the retail version and I remember the order from that,

You can change the order in the shortcut, right click - properties then target.
