I believe you can download an app version of DOSbox on your chromebook and run Cosmo through that. Or if you can just download the regular DOSbox, just drag the Cosmo .exe onto the dosbox icon on your desktop and you should be good to go.

May have to fiddle around with some DOSbox settings in the config but it should run find out of the box.
