It seems like the military bases are only in name; their logistical function relegates their existence purely as a trade faction. Is there anything else that the military does which I'm not aware of? Are there military ships or not? That also raises a question, do the other trade factions have vessels of their own; ie. religious orders, secret societies, drug runners, et cetera?
